LEDC or MEDC ? Mexico/Venezuela ?

I know the term LEDC or MEDC is a little ambiguous but does anyone know if Mexico and Venezuela are LEDC's. This one guy posted a website thing with a load of status on it but that didnt really help me. I would just like a y/n answer plz. :) thx 4 ur help peace out!! ;) :) LIZZY :)

Mexico & Venezuela are both LEDCs.

Hi, i'm stuck on the same question for my GCSE geography but after researching, i'm quite sure that they are both LEDC's due to many development indicators.
